World Photography Day is an annual, worldwide celebration of the art, craft, science and history of photography.
The word “photography” was created from the Greek roots φωτός (phōtos), genitive of φῶς (phōs), “light”and γραφή (graphé) “representation by means of lines” or “drawing”,together meaning “drawing with light”.
I love taking pictures and collecting memories. This one from a lake in Santa Rosa, California..‘Lake Ralphine’. Loved the colors and water combination in this. “Beautiful things don’t ask for attention…It just attracts”.
I am not a professional photographer obviously..just an Amateur but learning photography is in my bucket list. Hopefully one day I will be able to justice to the beauty of nature through my lenses.
